Delivery by Courier and Royal Mail
All our prints are delivered by courier and/ or Royal Mail we will notify you of the time and date. When the print arrives, please take the time to examine the packaging before sighing for it, in the unlikely event that there is damage, please ask the driver to return with the damaged item. We do not refund after the item has been singed for.

Weddings
Its often advised to have a brief informal meeting at least one week before the wedding date to discuss any special requirements no matter how small, its also a good ice breaker as we will be pointing a lens at you all day, its better to know who we are than expect a stranger. We require a deposit of £140 at least one month before the wedding date and full payment within 28 days there after.

Copyright
Will Southwood Media/ Photography retains the entire copyright in the Photographs at all times throughout the world, he also retains the right in all cases to use the Photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting his work.

Client Confidentiality
Will Southwood Media/ Photography will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to him in confidence for the purposes of the photography, save as may be reasonably necessary to enable Will Southwood Media/ Photography to carry out his obligations in relation to the commission.
